So I found out that my tires were not rotated the last time I was at Lasora, which caused my sensors to read incorrectly. They plugged my tire this time and still did not rotate my tires. I spent two hours at service just to get a plugged tire.

LaSorsa is not only a great car dealership, it has the best Service Department in all of Westchester. I have been a customer for over 20 years and the biggest asset to LaSorsa is their service department with Jay as their Manager. I was so pleased to hear that Jay became the manager. He is not Knowledgeable, professional but a personable gentleman. I should also mention that everyone working in the Service Department, from the clerical including mechanics and others are all polite and caring individuals. Thanks LaSorsa for a Good Team
