I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism of the agent Brittany who handled my issue. I was in another State and had tried other resources to resolve the problem short of flying out there and attempting to deal with it in person. Britney was communicative and worth the reasonable charge involved and she resolved my problem to my full satisfaction. My only regret? That I didn't think of employing her earlier! Could have saved myself a lot of fretting!

Jon Girard was Amazing with helping my family locate where my niece was. Not even 24 hrs and i had the information i needed. Please run from this company. I reached out with a genuine concern and question, and Jon was very rude about my situation. Instead of even considering my situation, he belittled me and made me feel like I was wasting his time when I was fully prepared to pay whatever he told me needed to be paid. I thought I would get help only to be made to feel like an idiot for giving a PI a chance. I wouldn't have even given this company one star if that wasn't the minimum.
