I've emailed them twice, weeks apart asking to get service on someone. I never got a response. I finally just sent an email letting them know I didn't need their services, and hired someone else.

Older employee of theirs has about struck me two different times in the company truck, while walking my dog in the evening. If the person can't see at night, not exactly sure how they can provide adequate security services.
