Jennifer Brooks

Jenni is assigned to our Southern Nevada team and possesses great customer service skills which is vital when meeting with clients. Jenni earned her degree in Criminal Justice from University of Nevada Las Vegas. She has worked as an Investigator and Process Server since 2015.

Joe Burfield

Joe is a retired law enforcement supervisor of 28 years. Joe specialized in regional units that included narcotic investigations both illicit and prescription drugs, gang activity, sex offender notification, interdiction and extradition. Joe is a Reno native and remains active in the community such as a board member of Join Together Northern Nevada.

Thomas E. Cicero

Thomas E. Cicero is our most experienced Investigator in Southern Nevada having specialized with Sub Rosa/Insurance Claim matters for the past 20 years. He is very detailed oriented and creative when performing his field assignments. Thomas is extremely committed to obtaining results for our clients and possesses exceptional report writing skills to articulate his investigative findings.
