RCS Investigations & Consultants

Since the company opened in 2006, RCS Investigations and Consulting has provided background and administrative investigative services to police and fire departments, private companies and public entities, primarily in the Southern California region. The four RCS owners are retired California police managers and supervisors. There are forty retired police investigators under the owners' supervision. RCS Investigations and Consulting promises to provide services in a professional manner and in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, as well as in a workmanlike manner according to the standards and ethics of the industry as established by the California Bureau of Investigative Services.
