You were given payment to do the investigation which we agreed upon when I made payment. But nothing agreed to got done. But you keep my payment. So I should not be upset? The owner screamed at me when I called asking for what I made payment toward. That's no way to talk to a customer sir. I've discovered that woman are not treated fairly by Texas Enforcer. So if you are a woman then I'd proceed with a lot of caution. You had no right to yell at me the way that you chose to. It was quite unprofessional sir plus you were paid to do a job in which you failed miserably to actually do.

Looks like all the 1stars are going off of one incident. That doesn't define this company maybe the guard and if it was so bad why not call the cops. I'm a customer and I've never had a problem with the owner or the guards great service thank you
