We seek to also identify non-felony but yet serious arrest records with local criminal and civil case files in the local individual municipal courts. Each court MUST be personally visited for a thorough search.

Founders, John & Joan Babyar, began the company as a check collections business in 1988, and soon after began conducting insurance and private investigations. Mr. Babyar has decades of investigation experience as a Deputy Sheriff, Police Chief, Senior Investigator for Equifax, and as an Insurance and Private Investigator.
