I've worked for this company for just under 3 years now and they are incredible to work for. Their not some bone head minimum wage security guard company. In fact, in applying to a few companies they paid about 30% more then everyone else. If you want cheap security that sends you young, inexperienced kids who just want to do at little as possible and walk around acting like a cop then this ain't it. If you want articulate professionals who have experience and provide great customer service then their for you. And their not uniform security!

Not all security professionals have the polish and professionalism - this is what Cooke expects out of their team.

This is a terrific company to work for. The boss Harry Arruda is a stand-up guy and gives you a great schedule with great pay, weekly. I just wished they had a Los Angeles branch. I worked for this company at a site in Fremont CA (San Francisco bay area) called Zosano Pharma. I loved it!

Saw them on post at a supermarket. They are working armed while not wearing numbered badges. I believe this is against the law.
