At Tri-S Investigations, Inc. we come from a Social Work background in approach and application of investigations, as opposed to a law enforcement background. We have over 13 years of experience with multiple investigators available for complex, time sensitive defense investigations or for situations where multiple investigators are required. Nancy Stephens is the President and founder of Tri-S Investigations, Inc. and continues to work as a criminal defense investigator while supervising our staff and the day to day operation of the firm. Our firm is one of the largest in the State of West Virginia.

Our motto of “Balancing the Scales of Justice” is the driving force behind our desire to provide innately skilled, highly educated and specially trained investigators to meet the needs of the legal, corporate, and private communities. We continue to maintain the original ethical approach and straightforward style of investigations that were originally developed in the early stages of the firm.
