CastNet is a broad nationwide search to include: State, County, Municipalities, Department of Corrections, Nationwide Sex Offender Registry, Office of Inspector General, Excluded Parties List System, and the Office of Foreign Assets and Controls. A search of civil records in the appropriate civil court is conducted based upon type of information being sought, and all civil action on file is reported.

I would like to WARN everyone to avoid dealing with this organization. I applied for my report back on October 2020 and made the payment. Since then, I waited for my report and followed up with their staff, operation manager and even their CEO. I have not received a single answer to any of my emails after making the payment. SR&I was communicating timely before making the payment but ignored me totally after they got the money. I wish that they will see this review and have a sense of responsibility to at least answer my emails or refund the fees. I would not recommend going with this organization.

I'm very satisfied with the service! Yesterday evening I applied for criminal background report. And in the morning it was ready! It surprised me! Some of my friends couldn't get their reports for weeks and I got it so fast! Also the middle name was added to the application for some reason, by auto fil maybe. But it wasn't a big deal, praise Jesus! The team is very helpful and it's a big pleasure to work with such nice people like Ben Smith! Thank you again!
