Used their services to supervise visits with my kids and their Dad, supervised visits out in place for extremely good reason. Since they offer both private investigative services and child visit supervision as a husband and wife team, I specifically asked if my ex were able to hire them to spy and investigate me. He's been out to hurt me since I left. Alice, the supervisor, said absolutely not possible as it'd be a conflict of interest.
Fast forward a couple months, I find out he did in fact hire them. They took his money and followed me around trying to build his case in attempts to take my kids from me. So unprofessional, untrustworthy, and deceptive. These were the people in charge of "supervising" my kids! Do not use them, under any circumstance. Without even knowing the whole story, aided an abusive man in hurting my two and four year old boys' mother.
I'm assuming they didn't know everything since they took the job. However, if they did know the whole story, and still took the job - that makes them downright sick. Zero stars, should be banned from working with children in my opinion.
