Pat Wilkins, an ex-FBI agent, founded Professional Investigative Consultants in 1986. Pat built up his firm through the high quality and hands on training of his son, Jeff Wilkins, whom he passed down his legacy to after his death in 2013. According to his son, he always upheld strong values in his firm of honesty, integrity and loving others the way that Christ loves the world.
