Investigative Consultants International, Inc. (ICI) is a professional investigation firm founded in 1978 by Philip J. Stuto. In 1967, Mr. Stuto started his career as a Southern Pacific Transportation Company Claims Adjuster, wherein he received extensive training in investigative techniques: witness statements; medical terminology; photography; surveillance; diagrams; and specialized in the settlement of F.E.L.A., railroad crossing and property damage cases.
In 1974, he was recruited by an investigative agency in Southern California and received extensive training in AOE/COE, workers compensation-surveillance, product liability and third party claims.
