Our parent company, B.K. Teachout Investigations was founded in 1981 in Flint, Michigan by Bernard K. Teachout, a former Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy. The company served the greater Flint area, providing uniformed security officers and private investigators. In 1995 Bernard Teachout retired and sold the company to Joseph R. Cozart.
