Perhaps they were good in the past as the majority of their reviews are from 5-6 years ago but now they seem very unprofessional. I called and the person who answered the phone said "get video and go about your business" after coughing then hung up when I tried to speak. *Response to "owner"* They mad cause they cannot find me under a simple alias which shows the level of experience of this agency.

If investigators use "logic" and "reasoning" then instead of trying to attack me emotionally about "manning up", instead explain how my review is fake when it in fact did happen as my review stated. You also state "another" as there have been more negative reviews previously posted by other truth telling individuals. You are the common factor, you're welcome for the pain; now raise your game.

Derek did a very professional job. He gave me advanced notice on what day he would be doing the surveillance. He made great videos which showed the faces of the people involved, the date and time of surveillance, the license plate of the car in uestion, the signs of streets and buildings to prove locations. He did exactly what I wanted and I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Derek for your surveillance needs!
